HOW TO SOAK STAMPS

THE PURPOSE OF THE GUIDE IS TO EXPLAIN HOW TO SOAK STAMPS WITH YELLOW OR PAPER THAT BLEEDS, WE HAVE ALL SEEN STAMPS WITH STAINS AFTER SOAKING. tHIS IS WHAT I CALL SPEED SOAKING
1) YELLOW, RED, BLUE PAPER(ANY PAPER THAT WILL BLEED)
2) WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR YELLOW PAPER, BLEEDING PAPER , YOU WILL NEED A BUCKET, WARM WATER AND A CAP FULL OF BLEACH,
3)FILL THE BUCKET PUT STAMPS IN THE WATER
3A) SOAK ONLY SMALL BATCHES
4) LET SIT FOR 10 MIN'S
5) FOR YELLOW PAPER AND PAPER THAT BLEEDS, BE CAREFUL, THIS IS WHAT I CALL SPEED SOAKING, TAKE THEM OUT IF THE WATER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, IF YOU SEE STAINING ON THE BACK OF THE STAMPS LEAVE IN WATER BUT MONITOR VERY VERY CLOSELY,
WARNING: TRY WITH SOME JUNK STAMPS TESTING SEE HOW IT WORKS
6) LAY THEM ON NEWSPAPER TO DRY
