18hp performance chip from letsgofaster777

I ordered this chip from matt leonard aka letsgofaster777 or before that he was illuminateurride,I thought I would get a chip or resistor .But i got this dime size peice of metal looking thing with a hole in the middle of it.It took me a couple of minutes to figure out what it was.It is the part that holds the wick in the bottom of a candle.I still cant figure out how to plug it in.WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY .BAD NEWS
