This is not clothing related but this is the only board that I frequent. I sold a set of homeschool Spanish cirriculum items. I distinctly remember packaging the six booklets along with four CDs. The buyer received the package and emailed me that she only received 2 booklets with the remainder absent from the package. I responded and told her that I mailed the complete set to her and asked if the envelope showed any damage. She stated that there was no damage to the envelope. She has repeatedly emailed me and has asked at least twice if I failed to mail the contents. I checked with my local post office who stated that the missing items are not there. The buyer stated that she contacted her local post office too but the items are not there. She is now asking to return the two booklets that she received for a refund. On my listing insurance is optional and she did not purchase. I feel my first negative after over five years of selling if I don't refund but I know the items left here intact. I truly can't afford to lose the money either especially with no item to resell. So any advice is appreciated. Thank you! Angela
