This is a first for me. Had buyer send a BO on a fixed price item on Aug. 20. I accepted. Never heard from her again. She had low feedback with most over a year ago but one from that day, so I figured she had started buying again. After I didn't hear from her, I noticed one of her old FBs was for non-payment. Filed when I could. No response. Filed for FVFs when I could and relisted. She paid sometime overnight. No contact, just payment. Should I ship or just refund and move on?
