I seem to have gotten the buyer who must have the worst luck in receiving packages intact I bubble wrapped the item and filled any loose areas with packing peanuts before placing in a sturdy box so I'm not sure I necessarily believe his claim. What kind of reply would you leave? Could I reference the fact that the FB he leaves seems to indicate he has lots of packing "problems" or is that not allowed?
