I had a buyer who asked questions about an item. Then she didn't even bid. Come to find out, when she attempted to bid with little time left of the auction, it told her "your transaction was blocked. The item may no longer be available". I thought perhaps she didn't realize that the time ran out on her. She is pretty insistent that there was 12 minutes left. So my next thought was that she didn't meet my buyer requirements of 2 UI strikes in 6 months or the -1 feedback .... she says no to the UID's but she certainly has 100% all positive feedback.. nothing out of the ordinary to me. I also looked at my log and the last time my requirements blocked someone was on the 23rd of June. I did check my BBL... she is not listed there either. Suggestions? She is a very unhappy camper and I just don't have answers. Although I am pretty annoyed that this item could have had higher bids had ebay allowed her to bid.
